Matthias Schmidt has been Professor of Corporate Management at the BHT since 2006 and is an associate member of the Institute for Diversity Research at the University of Göttingen, where he held a visiting professorship. He maintains close academic links with the State University of Porto Alegre (UFRGS) in Brazil.
