Sören Eberhard Schuster is a member of research staff in the project "Ethical Mining" at Berlin University of Applied Sciences and Technology (BHT).

In his doctoral research at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg, he investigates Nietzsche's engagement with various economic sources (including Aristotle and John Stuart Mill) to develop "Nietzsche's economies" and examine their potential for current issues in economic philosophy.

Schuster works as a lecturer at the IU International University of Applied Sciences and the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano. Additionally, he consults companies on cultural matters and is a fellow at the Institut für Wirtschaftsgestaltung in Berlin.
