Anne Bias has been working as a research assistant at the Berliner Hochschule für Technik since 2022.

She graduated with distinction from the master's program in Applied Physics - Medical Engineering at the Berliner Hochschule für Technik in 2021.

Her current task is to detect structural features in tissue pathologies of reporter mice with rheumatoid arthritis. For this purpose, an intelligent imaging technology will be designed and developed. Volumetric images will be acquired using optical coherence tomography and two-photon microscopy and coregistered using machine learning methods.

The research is performed in cooperation with the German Rheumatism Research Center (DRFZ). The supervision on the part of the Berliner Hochschule für Technik is carried out by Prof. Dr. Ingeborg Beckers.
