ServiceMeister.org is an artificial intelligence (AI) based cross-company service platform for the german industry. An important goal is to empower service professionals with complex AI-tools and to strengthen the business model of machine-as-a-service, using digital guides such as AI-based ServiceBots and Smart Services. In addition, service should be scalable across companies. This creates a service ecosystem that counteracts the shortage of skilled workers in Germany and makes SMEs in the long term competitive.
