Tabea studied Cognitive Science at the University of Osnabrück and Computational Neuroscience at the TU and HU Berlin. She did her doctorate in the field of machine learning at the TU Berlin in cooperation with the Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin in 2022. She was supervised by Prof. Anja Hennemuth (TU Berlin), Dr. Dietmar Frey (Charité) and Prof. Kristian Hildebrand from the Berlin University of Applied Sciences (BHT). Her research focus is on overcoming scarce medical data and improving anonymization by training Generative Adversarial Networks for stroke imaging.
