"Digitale Studiengänge - Analyse von Erfolgs- und Abbruchfaktoren (DiSEA)"
The project works on ways to identify and analyze factors leading to success in one’s studies in digital courses as well as those factors leading to failure or even the decision to drop out. With the focus on circumstances unique to a digital learning environment. Based on data and experiences from members of the university network “Virtuelle Fachhochschule (VFH)” the team of researchers from the Berliner Hochschule für Technik (BHT) and Technical University of Applied Sciences Lübeck (TH Lübeck) are working on measures to predict the rate of failure or success and thereby enabling intervention in time. The project is supported by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).
